We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
We are happy to accept unwashed and unworn merchandise for return within 45 days of purchase.
Simply complete the return/exchange document (the PDF should be accessible from the website) and include the completed form with your returned package. Our shipping address is on the form. Once we receive your returned items, we will process the refund / exchange / online store credit (for those customers with an Artistry & Fortitude account).
At this time, we only offer return shipping labels if you received a defective product(s), or an incorrect item from your packing slip.
If you think you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us right away and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren’t responsible for delays due to customs

What are my options if I see that you are “sold out” of my size or the design I really wanted?

Do my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.
If an order appears to be suspicious, we will cancel and refund the order in full.
What do I do if you find an error in the online store?
Our online store should be working all the time. If you find an error or have difficulty completing a purchase please let us know firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get the problem fixed as quickly as possible.
My order was placed successfully, but why I didn’t I receive an email confirmation?
During high traffic, there may be a delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us including your order number and full name and we will resend your confirmation.
